To connect to the water and wastewater network owned by Allconnex Water you will be required to complete an application. In some cases a standard fee applies, for others a quotation may need to be prepared.

To assist with the application, Allconnex Water will need to establish what type of water service is available.

In the old Beaudesert Shire Council district most properties are not fed by full town pressure water and internal plumbing requirements depend on this. However, the fee to connect to Allconnex Water's supply is the same unless the resident does not currently pay a water service charge. If they do not pay a water service charge, an infrastructure fee may be required.

In the former Gold Coast City Council district (i.e. Beenleigh) the planning scheme is different. Developers provide different services, which allow the fee to the customer for a water meter connection to be substantially less than current fees elsewhere in Logan.

The Gold Coast district also has designated dual reticulated areas under the Pimpama Coomera Waterfuture Master Plan.

The application process for all of these areas is as follows:

All new connections require an application form to be completed, depending upon your local council area (see below).
All applications must be paid for before any work can be undertaken.

Provided the application is in order, Allconnex Water can prepare the paperwork and schedule the work to be completed. This process can take up to three weeks to complete.
