    Online

    You can pay your water and wastewater account online using Visa or MasterCard. This facility will redirect you to the Logan City Council web site for processing on your behalf.


    By BPAY

    Using BPAY Biller Code no. 17384

    If you have saved a previous Biller Code using internet or phone banking, please check it and update it if required to Biller Code no. 17384. Please quote your reference number, which is shown on your account.

    You can make a BPAY payment from your cheque, savings, credit card or transaction account by using Biller Code no. 17384 and the reference number in the BPAY® box on your water and wastewater account. 

    If you are paying your water and wastewater account on the due date, it would be wise to confirm your financial institution's ‘close of business’ time to ensure your payment is actually paid on the due date.


    By BPAY® VIEW 

    BPay View is no longer available to Allconnex Water customers wishing to register as a 'new' customer for this service in Logan.  Customers from the Logan district that are already registered for BPay View can continue to use the service.  The BPAY Biller Code number for Allconnex Water for existing BPay View customers is 17384


    Pay by phone

    Within Australia

    The phone number for account payments within Australia 1300 276 468.

    Outside Australia

    The phone number for account payments outside Australia are +61 1300 276 468.

    Follow the prompts and pay using your MasterCard or Visa only. Use the BPOINT biller code and reference number found at the bottom of your water and wastewater account.


    Pay by direct debit

    Quarterly payments

    If you like to pay your water and wastewater account on the due date and have sufficient funds in your bank account to pay your account, then a Direct Debit facility may be the option for you.

    You will be advised in advance of the amount and date that the payment will be drawn from your nominated cheque or savings account. The date of withdrawal will show as the due date on your account.

    Periodic payments

    Allconnex Water also provides an option for customers to make weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments using Direct Debit.

    In choosing this option you elect to nominate the amount (minimum $40) and frequency of payments.

    You also accept responsibility to provide sufficient payment to satisfy the amount due on or before the due date and/or to provide additional payment using another payment method to ensure that the full amount due is paid.

    Apply for Direct Debit

    To apply for a Direct Debit facility, simply complete the  direct debit application form (236kb) or phone Allconnex Water on 1300 000 WATER (1300 000 928) for a copy to be sent to you.

    Your application must be received at least seven days before the next due date.


      Pay in person

      Present your water and wastewater account intact at either:

      • Australia Post offices throughout Australia (minimum payment $50 unless the amount shown on your current water account is less).
      • Logan City Council Administration Centre, 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central, open 8am to 5pm weekdays (except public holidays).
      • Logan City Council Customer Service Centres at 18-22 Honora Street, Jimboomba or 58-60 Manila Street, Beenleigh, open weekdays 8am to 4.45pm (except public holidays).

      Pay by mail

      Within Australia

      Provide your credit card details or make your cheque or money order payable to Allconnex Water and post it with the detachable slip on the water and wastewater account in the self addressed envelope provided. Allow at least five days for mail.

      Payment difficulties

      Our accounts provide customers with 30 days to pay. Customers who are experiencing difficulties paying their accounts should contact us on 1300 000 WATER (1300 000 928) or by emailing info@allconnex.com.au as soon as possible to discuss payment assistance options.

      Charges unpaid after the due date will attract interest charges of 11 per cent per annum, compounding daily until payment is made in full or an alternative payment arrangement is made.

      It should be noted that if at any time you fail to pay your water and wastewater account, Allconnex Water will take necessary recovery actions in order to gain settlement of the outstanding amount. This may involve legal action.
