Gold Coast billng

In accordance with State Government legislation, any outstanding balances from Gold Coast accounts are to be transferred back to Gold Coast City Council on 1 July 2012. Interest may be charged on unpaid accounts and balances which remain unpaid after the due date.

Pay by bank

Using the BPAY Biller Code no. 868745

When paying by BPAY with your bank or financial institution, please check you have the correct Biller Code number programmed to your payment.

If you have saved a previous Biller Code using internet or phone banking, please check it and update it if required to Biller Code no. 868745. Please quote your reference number, which is shown on your account.

You can make a BPAY payment from your cheque, savings, credit card or transaction account by using Biller Code no. 868745 and the reference number in the BPAY® box on your water and wastewater account.

For more information visit www.bpay.com.au.

If you are paying your water and wastewater account on the due date, it would be wise to confirm your financial institution's ‘close of business’ time to ensure your payment is actually paid on the due date.
