Gold Coast and Logan customers receive water and wastewater accounts from Allconnex Water while Redland customers receive a water summary, as part of their rates notice from Redland City Council.

From July 2012, Gold Coast residents water and wastewater charges will be included in their rate notice from Gold Coast City Council.

Logan residents received their last quarterly water account in February 2012. The next quarterly water account will arrive in May 2012.

Redland residents will receive water and wastewater charges as part of their quarterly rate notice. This notice will also include a summary of water consumption where usage is measured by sub-meters.
