My account frequently asked questions

Who issues my account?

Allconnex Water issues Gold Coast and Logan customers with their accounts. Redland City Council issues Redland customers with their accounts.

Why are water prices different for each district?

The Queensland Government sets the bulk water costs.

Prices will vary as each area has different bulk water costs and infrastructure needs.

In addition, Allconnex Water has made significant commitments to new water and wastewater infrastructure.

The water and wastewater networks in each area vary. These variances result in different operating and maintenance costs impacting water prices.

When will I get an account direct from Allconnex Water?

  • Logan customers received their latest water and wastewater account in February 2012.
  • Redland customers will continue to receive their water and wastewater charges as part of their council rates notice.
