Gold Coast and Logan customers receive water and wastewater accounts from Allconnex Water while Redland customers receive a water summary, as part of their rate notice from Redland City Council.

Gold Coast businesses: will receive their next water and wastewater account from February 2012.  Water and wastewater accounts require payment every six months. High water user customers or customers who have a noticeable peak in water use will receive a separate summary of water use quarterly to help track water consumption.

Logan businesses: will receive your next quarterly water account from February 2012. Logan customers were recently issued with an account in late November 2011.

Redland businesses: will receive water and wastewater charges as part of your quarterly rate notice. This notice will also include a summary of your water consumption where usage is measured by sub-meters.
