Allconnex Water has a new water flow and pressure test process. This is called Water Network Hydraulic Information (WNHI). This process has recently been revised to:
- Ensure a more sustainable approach to water network management.
- Improve hydraulic information accuracy for customers.
Information from this process has been incorporated into the design of internal water and fire services for a range of developments. These developments include high-rises, commercial premises and subdivisions.
To request a revised WNHI report for a particular property, please download the
WNHI request form and complete. The form should then be sent with payment to the address on the form.
The revised WNHI request form and report is for Gold Coast only. Significant changes have been made to the forms used previously as the process has changed.
Allconnex Water has worked closely with the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service, hydraulic consultants and Gold Coast City Council’s Plumbing and Drainage branch to develop this process.
For any further enquiries on the WNHI, please contact Allconnex Water on 1300 000 WATER (1300 000 928).
