These standards should be read in partnership with Gold Coast City Council’s Land Development Guidelines for roads and stormwater drainage standard specifications.

Additional Information 

Allconnex Water’s Gold Coast district has additional documents that control certain asset components. These documents are not directly available within Gold Coast City Council’s Planning Scheme 2003. They are available upon request by contacting the officers below.

SS11 - Specifications for construction of concrete reservoirs drawings covers the construction of on-ground reinforced or prestressed concrete water supply reservoirs.

This specification does not cover steel reservoirs, reservoirs that incorporate a liner material nor reservoirs constructed from ferrocement. Also, this specification does not cover elevated reservoirs involving a reservoir support structure.
