To assist with the regulatory burden placed on businesses, the Queensland Water Commission (QWC) has changed customer reporting from quarterly to annual reporting.
Businesses are required to submit to Allconnex Water a Customer annual report (WG-16) after 31 October each year. This report is due to Allconnex Water within 10 business days of the end of each annual report period and each October.
We request that your business has sufficient water meter data to complete the next Customer annual report. The report also requires progress on the implementation of projects identified in your WEMP during the reporting year.
The report should be prepared in the WG-16 Customer Annual Report Template, available on the Queensland Water Commission website.
