Businesses which have a Cooling Tower are required to submit to Allconnex Water a Cooling Tower Annual Report (WG-14) after 31 October each year.  This report is due to Allconnex Water within 10 business days of the end of each annual report period.

We request that you ensure that your business has sufficient data to complete the next Cooling Tower Annual Report.

The report must be in the form of the WG-14 Cooling Tower Annual Report template, available at Queensland Water Commission.
