New legislation replacing the Freedom of Information Act 1992 came into effect on 1 July 2009, namely the  Right to Information Act 2009 (827 KB).

This reform aims to make more information available and provide equal access to information across all sectors of the community.

Publication scheme

Allconnex Water is required to develop and publish on its website, details of the information it is making available to the public via its Publication scheme.

Access to information

To access information not available online through our Publications scheme, you will need to submit a formal application under the Right to Information Act 2009 or the Information Privacy Act 2009.

Members of the public may also request copies of, or access to, documents that relate to their personal information and apply to have their personal information amended under the Information Privacy Act 2009.
