Our communications officers are responsible for handling all enquiries from the media regarding Allconnex Water.

Where possible we try to respond either in writing (media statement or email advice) or through access to the business’s spokesperson upon request.

On some occasions, our ability to meet requests may however be constrained by:

• the availability of spokespeople
• legal or business considerations and requirements
• the status of discussions or negotiations on the matter being investigated.

Official spokesperson

The CEO of Allconnex Water is the official spokesperson for the business. Where work or travel commitments prevent the CEO from providing a verbal comment, we will try to at least provide a written response.

Allconnex Water employees are not authorised to provide comment to the media about our operations.

Media site visits

All visitors need approval to enter one of our operational sites or assets and must be hosted at all times by an Allconnex Water employee.

For safety reasons, you may be required to wear steel-capped shoes when entering certain Allconnex Water assets. You will be advised of this requirement in advance of your visit. Please be aware we are unable to provide steel capped shoes for visitors.
